Our Associates are an experienced group of IT and internal auditors with many years of experience working together, performing hundreds of network vulnerability security reviews and technology audits in South Florida and throughout the United States. • 20 year's experience in Information Technology risk management, auditing and operations management, including SOX 404 risk assessments, network vulnerability security reviews, application and systems design, planning, implementation at several South Florida companies and government entities. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA). BS in Systems Engineering. Member Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).

• 16 year's experience in IT risk management and assurance services for a variety of professional services firms including Ernst & Young and KMPG. Has performed numerous SOX 404 assessments and audits for mid-sized banks. Expert in SAS 70 reviews, technical network vulnerability security reviews and ERP applications from SAP, Oracle/PeopleSoft and BAAN. Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Member Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). BA in Computer Science and MBA degrees.

• 15 years of IT systems auditing experience as part of a 25-year career in technology, working for a wide range of public and private companies in the manufacturing, consulting, software and entertainment industries. Completed numerous SOX 404 audits as both an internal and external auditor. Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified ISO Coordinator for ISO 9000, member of the Institute for Internal Auditing (IIA). Member Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). BS in Information Systems and MBA in Information Technology.

• 14 year's industry experience in application development, project management and 404 Sarbanes-Oxley reviews and network vulnerability security testing with several professional service firms, including Ernst & Young, with assignments at numerous banks and insurance companies. Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), member Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and member of Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). BS in Science and MBA degrees.

• 3 years of IT and Security auditing experience, plus an additional 14 years of application development and systems engineering for manufacturing and technology consulting firms. Completed numerous SOX 404, GLBA and PCI security audits for a major regional bank and other financial and retail firms. Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). Member Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). BS in Electrical Engineering and MS in Information Systems.
